Available positions:
Part-Time Bus Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating an NCAT transit vehicle, assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities, and providing excellent customer service. Positions available for our Peru and Ottawa locations.
Starting wage is $19.25/hour.

Part-Time Custodian will perform a number of tasks related to buildings and grounds cleaning and maintenance, as well as helping maintain a safe and clean transit fleet. General duties will be to perform light, general maintenance, repair, and cleaning of NCAT property in Peru and Ottawa, including office buildings, garages, parking structures, equipment, transit vehicles, and facility landscaping.
Anticipated work schedule is Tuesday – Saturday, approximately 6:00am – 12:00pm.
Starting wage is $16.15/hour

Full-Time Route Coordinator performs public transportation scheduling, routing, and dispatching duties; operates a variety of communication equipment, including telephone and computer mobile dispatch terminal, and scheduling software; creates and monitors computerized driver manifest/schedules; and responds to requests for transit service. Will work with general public & specialized communities, as well as Bus Operators & other NCAT staff.
Work schedule is still TBD but Monday – Friday between 5:00am – 8:00pm & may include on-call hours. Exempt salaried position with pay to commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for paid time off, access to medical benefits, and pension.

NCAT is seeking a dynamic, high-performing leader with management experience, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure as our Dispatch Supervisor.
The Dispatch Supervisor will manage all daily dispatch staff & operations (scheduling and routing rides) to ensure the transit program operates efficiently and safely. The position will include answering phones and using NCAT’s transit software to aid dispatch during peak times, working with all NCAT staff and the public, monitoring performance of routes, completing reports, incident mitigation, and customer service.
Full-time, exempt salaried position with pay to commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for paid time off, access to medical benefits, and pension.
