Available positions:
Part-Time Bus Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating an NCAT transit vehicle, assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities, and providing excellent customer service. Positions available for our Peru and Ottawa locations.
Starting wage is $19.25/hour.
Part-Time Reservation Specialist is responsible for answering phones and scheduling transit reservations. Ideal candidates possess strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, & the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Starting wage is $16.75/hour.
Dispatch Supervisor Full-time position for a dynamic, high-performing leader with management experience, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure as our Dispatch Supervisor.
NCAT’s Dispatch Supervisor will manage all daily dispatch staff & operations (scheduling and routing rides) to ensure the transit program operates efficiently and safely. The position will include answering phones and using NCAT’s transit software to aid dispatch during peak times, working with all NCAT staff and the public, monitoring performance of routes, completing reports, incident mitigation, and customer service.
Annual salary starting at $46,000 and includes paid time off, health insurance and pension.
