NCAT is looking for reliable, outgoing, customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time Bus Operators or Reservation Specialists!

Bus Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting seniors, people with disabilities, and general public in an NCAT vehicle in and around LaSalle County, Illinois. The Bus Operator will follow specified routes; arrive at pick up location, process fare payment, assist with loading/unloading passengers as needed, and drive passengers safely to their destination while maintaining predetermined time schedule. Starting wage is $16.45/hour, part time only. Qualified candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and Saturdays.

The Reservation Specialist processes all transportation reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, email, or third party request and provides courteous and efficient customer service at all times. The position inputs information into cloud-based transportation scheduling software.  Maintains a thorough knowledge of NCAT procedures and policies to assist riders with questions or concerns. Bilingual abilities a plus. Starting wage is $14.20/hour, part time only.
